Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer progressive discipline when the Store Manager is absent.
• Engage team to create a fun, productive, inclusive environment.
• Ensure adherence to policies, inventory protection, and store safety.
