What You Bring

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in maintaining high retention through employee development and empowerment.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment, complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of retail management experience.
• A valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
