What You Bring

• Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in employee retention, developing leaders, and empowering staff.
• Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required with at least one year of retail management experience.
• A valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
