Qualifications

• Ability to oversee customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in maintaining high employee retention by developing leaders and empowering staff.
• Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment following health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent retail management experience).
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
