What You Bring

• Experience in employee retention, developing leaders, empowering staff.
• Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment, and ensure products are in-stock.
• Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; or 1+ year retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
