Retail Assistant Manager

What you bring:
  • Ability to oversee customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
  • Experience in maintaining high employee retention, developing leaders, empowering staff, and encouraging productivity.
  • Ability to assist with merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred, or at least one year of retail management experience.
  • A valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
  • The ability to perform multi-tasking, standing, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
