About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you set the tone for the store and the team, helping to bring our brand to life for our customers. You are responsible for driving profitable sales growth across all store aspects, including customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You support the execution of the store strategy to meet performance goals. Collaborating with your General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager, you will coach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to cultivate a high-performing team that delivers a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Support strategies to drive store sales and results with a customer-centric approach.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive teams of Brand Associates and Experts.
  • Own specific areas of responsibility.
  • Implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform Service Leader duties.
  • Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
  • Represent the brand and stay informed about the retail landscape and competition.
  • Promote community involvement.
  • Leverage omni-channel strategies to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all standards.
Who You Are
  • Current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communicator, able to interact with customers and team members to achieve goals.
  • Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven, motivated by metrics to meet business objectives.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and mentor others.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
  • Proficient with retail technology.
  • Able to navigate the store, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
