Qualifications

• Completion of ASD Training Program or a similar leadership development program.
• 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in a retail, hospitality, or service environment, or 2 years as a Department Manager.
• A High School Diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
• Strong customer service and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to foster outstanding customer service across the store.
• In the absence of the Store Director, manage total store operations and guide associates and department managers.
• Oversee daily inventory operations for dairy and frozen sections; inspect product quality and compliance.
• Maintain shelves, pricing, and policy implementation to minimize merchandise shrink.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; monitor sales goals and department performance.
• Communicate with team about daily logs, purchase reports, and labor costs to keep on track.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve complaints.
