Job summary

This role involves directing store operations, developing leadership talent, and driving customer service, sales, and profitability across multiple locations in Michigan. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in retail/grocery/operations management, and at least 4 years of

Responsibilities

• Provide direction related to operations, processes, and conditions of the store.
• Plan, direct, and supervise the team in day-to-day operation of the store.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service, drives store sales and profitability.
• Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategy for optimal staffing.
