Meijer in the South Detroit Market is seeking a Store Director to lead teams across multiple locations in Michigan. You will oversee the total store operation, drive outstanding customer service, and align with our leadership expectations to sustain financial performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience, 5 years in retail with 3 years in leadership, and experience managing $40 million in annual sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
• Minimum 5 years of retail/service industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience including management of leaders with direct reports.
