Job summary

Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to act as the Assistant Store Manager, supporting store performance and team development. This role drives guest-focused experiences and ensures standards are executed across the operation.

You will partner with the Head Coach to recruit, train, and coach staff, oversee daily workflows, and maintain a welcoming, organized store environment that aligns with Rally House's energy and hometown pride.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with open availability including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head Coach to attract, hire, and onboard talent.
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members.
• Coach performance, document feedback, and support corrective actions.
• Build engagement through recognition, communication, and follow-up.
• Own execution of operational standards and routines.
• Validate Playbook adherence through observation and walkthroughs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and policy standards.
• Act as operational leader-on-duty in the Head Coach’s absence.
• Lead execution of visual directives and seasonal transitions.
• Coach Team Captains and Teammates on visual expectations.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
