Job summary

Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to support store performance and develop a high-performing team. You will back the Head Coach, lead training programs, Coach performance, and help ensure a guest-focused, organized environment.

The role requires flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and events, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail with supervisory exposure or higher, and are available to work 40 hours weekly including

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience or higher preferred.
• Strong coaching and training abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head Coach to attract, hire, and onboard talent.
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members.
• Coach performance, document feedback, and support corrective actions.
• Build engagement through recognition, communication, and follow-up.
• Own execution of operational standards and routines.
• Validate Playbook adherence through observation and walkthroughs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and policy standards.
