Job summary

Tejviholdings is seeking a full-time Assistant Spa Manager to oversee sales operations at its franchised spa location. You will be accountable for hitting sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting growth over the next 12–36 months.

The role offers base pay plus commissions/bonuses, flexible scheduling, health benefits, 401K with employer match, paid vacation, and employee perks. Prior retail/sales experience is preferred, with management experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail/sales experience required, management experience preferred
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to coach and mentor staff toward sales goals
• Familiarity with Millennium software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to SELL and drive sales targets
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations
• Train front desk staff on sales processes and customer engagement
• Coach and mentor staff to improve spa conversion and revenue
• Ensure flexible scheduling to cover days/evenings/weekends/holidays
