Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an energetic Assistant Spa Manager for our South Austin location. Lead a front-desk team, motivate staff, and drive membership and retail sales while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage daily operations, scheduling, inventory, payroll, and reporting, balancing guest satisfaction with team development. A passion for massage, skincare, and wellness helps you connect with guests and grow the business.

• Experience in retail management, sales, or hospitality leadership.
