Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in South Austin is seeking an energetic Assistant Spa Manager who will lead with confidence, motivate a team, and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will juggle front-desk operations, coaching, and sales goals while ensuring consistent, high-level service and smooth daily operations in a busy spa environment.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, and prior experience in retail, hospitality, or spa leadership will help you hit

• Welcome guests, answer questions, book appointments, and foster repeat visits.
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager and help execute spa goals with initiative.
• Maintain a positive, high-standard work environment with teamwork and accountability.
