Express Wash Concepts is seeking an Assistant Site Manager at our Bethel Park location to help run daily store operations and boost customer satisfaction. You will engage customers, present monthly unlimited car wash options, and upsell products while leading a team on site.

The role requires strong leadership, 2+ years in customer service, and proficiency with POS systems and MS Office. Evening shifts and weekends are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
