Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is hiring for an Assistant Site Manager to support the store leader by ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering strong customer service, and driving sales growth. The role offers growth opportunities from Assistant Site Manager to leadership positions and beyond.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of leadership and 2+ years in customer service, with familiarity in POS systems and basic IT. Ability to work weekends and overtime, with a professional appearance, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Capability to provide and follow clear directions.
• Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train.
• Present professional image according to appearance guidelines

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Successful management of labor and staff scheduling
• Effective P&L management through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Follow standard procedures for cash management to include daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand the knowledge base.
• Further growth through educational/training opportunities
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As an Assistant Site Manager, you willassistthe site manager to ensure the store isoperatingand exceeding customer service needs.You will alsofocus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packagesand upselling products to existing customers!
