Whistle Express is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations, coaching the team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role emphasizes training, schedule management, safety, and sales support to drive site performance and member engagement.

You will participate in onboarding, lead shift coverage, monitor equipment and safety, and help implement promotions while maintaining a positive team culture and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Onboarding new team members and aligning with company values and procedures.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities to improve performance.
• Support scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing and fair workload.
• Promote a positive team culture and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Assist in coaching and mentoring team members to drive customer-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a welcoming, valued experience at every visit.
• Answer questions about services, membership options and promotions clearly.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed to Site Leader.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services to boost engagement and retention.
• Check equipment daily and report issues; support site safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies in coordination with Site Leader.
• Assist in upselling services and supporting promotions to meet sales goals.
• Identify operational issues and propose practical improvements to daily operations.
• Make quick, informed decisions to maintain smooth site performance; collaborate with team.
