Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside the Site Manager, building a strong team, delivering an outstanding guest experience, solving problems in real time, and upholding quality and safety standards on a fast-paced, outdoor site.

You will lead teams, support scheduling, and help drive site performance in a role that serves as a proving ground for future leadership. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have led people before and take ownership of outcomes.
• Experience in fast-paced outdoor environments preferred.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Development & Support: Onboard and guide new team members, promote company values, balance staffing and workloads, and recognize achievements.
• Customer Experience: Greet customers, answer questions about services and promotions, resolve concerns with a focus on satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor equipment, enforce safety, assist with cleaning and maintenance, manage inventory with Site Leader input.
• Sales Support: Promote unlimited wash memberships, upsell services, and support promotions to drive revenue.
• Problem-Solving and Decision Making: Identify issues, propose practical solutions, and act decisively to keep operations running smoothly.
