Whistle Express is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in overseeing all site operations, developing the team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role blends hands-on leadership with coaching, training, and sales support to drive performance and uphold Sparkle Assurance quality.

You will assist with staffing, safety, equipment checks, and promotional initiatives while fostering a positive work culture and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding new team members and ensuring understanding of procedures.
• Guidance to team members to improve performance and resolve issues.
• Scheduling and shift management to maintain adequate staffing.
• Promoting a positive team culture and recognizing achievements.
