Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring an Assistant Site Manager to help run the Mt Pleasant car wash, drive sales, and ensure superb customer service. You will support the site manager and lead daily operations, staffing, and safety practices.

The role emphasizes coaching, budgeting, and maintaining quality control while promoting growth opportunities across locations. A strong customer-focus and reliable scheduling are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company's mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling efficiently.
• Oversee P&L through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
• Ensure quality control checks and adherence to safety procedures.
• Handle cash management including daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
