Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC in Suffolk, VA is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to help run a fast-paced Green Clean Express Auto Wash location. You will lead daily operations, engage customers, and drive sales of unlimited car wash packages while upselling products.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leadership and 2 years of customer service experience, with basic IT proficiency and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Effectively manage labor and staff scheduling.
• Oversee P&L through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and expenditures.
• Perform quality control checks to maintain standards.
• Follow cash management procedures including reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplier orders and ensure safety procedures.
