Express Wash Concepts LLC's Clean Express Auto Wash in Toledo, OH is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will lead sales efforts, present monthly unlimited car wash packages, and coach staff to meet company standards while coordinating scheduling and safety protocols for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; assoc/bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of customer service with de-escalation.
• Proficient IT skills including POS and MS Office.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Strong verbal communication.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Professional appearance per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist site manager to ensure store operations meet customer needs.
• Lead sales by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and expenditures.
• Perform quality controls and cash handling with daily reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
• Ensure safety protocols and SOPs are followed.
• Address customer escalations calmly.
• Support training and growth opportunities.
