Express Wash Concepts is hiring an Assistant Site Manager at our Columbus car wash. You’ll support the site manager, drive sales for unlimited wash packages, and upsell products while ensuring top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure the store operates smoothly and meets customer service needs.
• Focus sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Manage recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Handle cash management, scheduling, and daily reconciliations with accuracy.
