Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT proficiency and experience with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure store operations meet customer service needs.
• Engage customers, present monthly unlimited car wash packages, upsell products.
• Maintain high-quality on-site store operations and lead with integrity.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams; manage labor scheduling and expenses.
