Express Wash Concepts in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations at our Moo Moo Express Car Wash location. The role offers a $65,000 base salary, growth opportunities, and a clear path from assistant site manager to leadership.

You will manage customer service, drive sales, oversee staff, scheduling, and inventory while upholding safety and quality. We provide health benefits, a 401(k) match, paid vacation, training, and an unlimited wash club membership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams.
• Must be able to close the site one night per week.
• Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer service culture and achieve sales goals.
• Educate customers on the benefits of unlimited wash club memberships.
• Oversee site appearance, equipment, facilities, and staffing.
• Motivate employees and monitor scheduling, budgets, and performance.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Oversee inventory management and place orders as needed.
• Directly oversee all site employees and ensure accountability and engagement.
