Express Wash Concepts in Gahanna, OH is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join Moo Moo Express Car Wash. Earn $22.00 per hour with incentives based on site performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Strong verbal communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to maintain daily store operations and customer service.
• Lead sales initiatives, upsell monthly unlimited packages.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to deliver the mission.
• Manage labor scheduling and payroll-related tasks.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and safety compliance.
• Handle cash management and reconciliations.
