Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Site Manager at Moo Moo Express Car Wash in Columbus to lead daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and manage a team of associates. You will ensure service quality, train staff, and supervise scheduling and budgeting to meet site goals.

Qualified candidates bring 2–5 years of leadership and 2+ years of customer service experience, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in customer-facing or operations roles.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with de-escalation skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with team motivation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer service culture at the site.
• Meet and monitor sales goals and educate on unlimited wash club benefits.
• Oversee wash equipment, facilities, and staffing for quality.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Manage site scheduling and labor budgets effectively.
• Perform regular team performance reviews and ensure policy alignment.
• Oversee inventory and place orders to support site needs.
• Directly supervise all site employees and ensure accountability and performance.
