Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts by presenting unlimited wash packages and upselling products.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams; manage scheduling and labor costs.
• Monitor inventory, safety, and adherence to SOPs; handle cash management procedures.
• Escalate customer issues calmly and resolve concerns to maintain service quality.
