Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Site Manager to lead the Flying Ace Express Car Wash team. You will drive customer service excellence, manage sales goals, educate customers on unlimited wash club benefits, and oversee the site’s operations and staffing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with de-escalation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; motivate teams.
• Close the site one night per week; operate POS and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the site team to hit sales goals and maintain service quality.
• Educate customers on unlimited wash club benefits and memberships.
• Maintain site appearance, equipment, and staffing at a high standard.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members; manage scheduling and labor budgets.
• Monitor inventory and place orders to support site needs.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure policy alignment.
