Job summary
Express Wash Concepts is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for Flying Ace Express Car Wash in Dayton, OH. Earn an hourly rate of $22.00 with incentives based on site performance. You will support the site manager, drive sales, and lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience including de-escalation.
- Basic IT proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Assist site manager to ensure store is operating and meets customer service needs.
- Lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited wash packages and upselling.
- Manage labor and staff scheduling; monitor quality and safety procedures.
