Moo Moo Express Car Wash in Columbus, OH is hiring an Assistant Site Manager II. You will support the site manager, lead daily operations, drive sales of unlimited wash packages, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Basic IT skills, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily site operations and customer service standards.
• Lead, coach, and schedule team members; manage labor costs.
• Drive sales by presenting monthly unlimited wash packages.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate staff to fulfill the mission.
• Monitor cash handling, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Oversee inventory and vendor orders.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality control.
• Address customer escalations professionally.
