Express Wash Concepts LLC in Hilliard, OH, is seeking an Assistant Site Manager at Moo Moo Express Car Wash. You will support the site manager to run daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales of unlimited wash packages while upselling products.

The role requires leadership, at least 1 year in supervision, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and open/close the site as needed. We offer healthcare, retirement plans, training, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of supervision/leadership experience preferred.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Basic IT proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling.
• Monitor chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures (P&L).
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
• Address customer escalations calmly.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Participate in educational/training opportunities.
