Job summary

Moo Moo Express Car Wash in Hilliard, OH is hiring an Assistant Site Manager II. Earn $22 per hour with potential incentives based on site performance.

You will support the site manager in daily operations, lead customer service, and drive store sales including presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s preferred), at least 1 year of leadership and 2 years of customer service experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT proficiency including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service.
• Lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling; contribute to P&L oversight through monitoring expenditures.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate team members to fulfill the company mission.
• Ensure quality control, cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory and supplies; ensure adherence to safety SOPs and procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively; learn wash process and equipment for broader knowledge.
• Support growth through training opportunities and perform other duties as assigned.
