Moo Moo Express Car Wash in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assistant Site Manager II to help run daily store operations and coach staff while delivering outstanding customer service. You will lead sales efforts for monthly unlimited wash packages, coordinate scheduling, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.00 with incentives based on site performance and growth opportunities within Express Wash Concepts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Assist the site manager to ensure store operations are running smoothly.
• Lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited wash packages and upsell.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Manage labor schedules and oversee daily P&L and cost controls.
• Handle customer escalations calmly and maintain quality control checks.
