Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily on-site store operations and lead a team in a fast-paced car wash environment on Telegraph Rd in Redford, MI. This role offers a competitive $22.00 per hour plus incentives tied to site performance and growth opportunities across our 130+ locations.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of leadership and 2 years of customer service experience, with strong communication and IT skills to manage POS systems and MS

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, including de-escalation.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Basic IT proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling effectively.
• Oversee P&L through monitoring of chemicals, utilities and other expenditures.
• Ensure quality control and proper cash handling procedures.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and promptly.
• Learn wash process and equipment for knowledge expansion.
• Pursue growth through education and training opportunities.
