Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations, developing the team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role blends hands‑on leadership with training, coaching, and staying focused on sales, equipment, and safety standards to uphold Sparkle Assurance for every customer.

The position emphasizes coaching, risk awareness, and owning outcomes, with a fast-paced outdoor work environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading people and teams in a service environment.
Ability to coach, train, and develop staff to meet standards.
Strong customer-service orientation with a focus on positive experiences.

Responsibilities

Assist in onboarding and onboarding new team members; ensure understanding of values and procedures.
Support scheduling and shift management for adequate staffing and fair workload.
Promote a positive team culture, recognize achievements, and address conflicts.
Help identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities.
Greet customers, explain services and promotions, and resolve issues promptly.
Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services to boost engagement and revenue.
Check equipment daily, support safety protocols, and monitor inventory.
Assist with site promotions, marketing initiatives, and sales tracking.
