Whistle Express is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work with the Site Manager in running daily operations, developing the team, and ensuring a top-notch guest experience at our car wash location. You will own outcomes, coach staff, and maintain standards in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving to drive service quality and site performance in a busy environment.

• Demonstrated ability to lead people and hold teams to a standard.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and support team members through onboarding, coaching, and scheduling.
• Enhance guest experience by greeting, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
• Monitor operations, safety, and cleanliness; report issues and suggest improvements.
• Support site promotions, upsell memberships, and drive revenue.
• Identify and solve operational challenges to keep daily operations running smoothly.
