Job summary
Express Wash Concepts LLC in Madison Heights, MI is seeking an Assistant Site Manager who will support the site manager to ensure smooth store operations and outstanding customer service. You’ll focus sales on monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to customers while leading by example across the team.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leadership and 2+ years in customer service, with basic IT/POS proficiency, and the ability to work weekends; a high school diploma is
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
- Basic IT proficiency including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
- Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
- Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
- Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
- Manage labor and staff scheduling.
- Monitor expenditures and perform quality control checks.
- Handle cash procedures including reconciliations and deposits.
- Oversee inventory and supplier orders.
- Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
- Learn wash processes and equipment to broaden knowledge.
