Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager at our Greensburg, PA location. You will support the site manager to run daily operations, engage customers, and promote monthly unlimited car wash packages while upselling products.

The role emphasizes leadership, sales goals, and coaching the team. Flexible hours include weekends, with opportunities for growth across our network of Express Wash concepts.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience and 2+ years in customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling effectively.
• Oversee P&L through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
• Ensure safety procedures and standard operating procedures are followed.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
