Express Wash Concepts is seeking a Team Leader in Pennsylvania to guide site operations and drive exceptional customer service. You will support daily facility duties, boost sales, and uphold strict quality standards while developing team leadership skills.

You will train staff, greet customers, promote the Unlimited Wash Club, and ensure a smooth wash process. Prior CS experience and a positive, professional presence are valued.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude with professional appearance.
• Able to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
