Clean Express Auto Wash in Greensburg, PA is hiring an Assistant Site Manager II. The role supports the site manager, drives daily operations, and leads sales of unlimited wash packages while empowering the team to deliver outstanding customer care.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 1 year of leadership experience, and 2+ years in customer service. Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office is expected; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Assist the site manager to ensure the store operates smoothly and meets customer service needs.
• Lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products.
• Manage staff scheduling, train teammates, and monitor labor and costs.
• Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, audits and deposits.
• Ensure safety protocols and standard operating procedures are followed.
