Take 5 Oil Change in Virginia is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily operations and deliver great customer service. You will provide payment processing, supervise staff, and stand in for the Shop Manager as needed.

No prior experience is required, as we offer paid training and opportunities to advance within the Take 5 family. Eligible for benefits and growth through a proven internal promotion path.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Paid training provided on the Take 5 way.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a workshop environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Assume the Shop Manager's responsibilities in their absence.
• Run the floor and supervise crew to ensure safety and service quality.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with inventory.
• Train new employees on routine tasks.
