Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead day-to-day operations with paid training. You’ll mentor crew, deliver great customer service, and help run a fast, friendly shop.

Eligible candidates can start in a hands-on role with real growth potential; training covers oil services, inventory, and front-of-house duties. Full-time, onsite work with competitive hourly pay, health benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles is valued, but not required.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Willing to train and promote within Take 5.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Assume the Shop Manager's authority in their absence.
• Run the floor, ensure vehicle checks and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Train new employees in the Take 5 way.
• Drain motor oil and perform other light maintenance services.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness.
