Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations and provide outstanding customer service. No experience required, paid training provided, with a clear path from Crew Member to Shop Manager and opportunities for internal promotions.

Earn hourly pay with weekly bonuses and benefits. As an ASM, you will manage the floor, assist with opening/closing, train new staff, and ensure safe, efficient service for customers while maintaining shop cleanliness and inventory

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required; willingness to learn and a positive attitude are key.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Desire to lead and develop shop team; ability to step in for Shop Manager when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor to ensure tasks are completed and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and adjustments.
• Train new employees in the Take 5 way.
• Perform light maintenance services such as oil changes and filter replacements.
• Restock and maintain inventory; maintain shop and facility cleanliness.
