Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily operations, provide top-tier customer service, and manage shop floor activities. The role offers paid training and a clear path for promotion within the Take 5 family.

As an ASM, you will step in for the Shop Manager when needed, coordinate staff, and ensure a smooth oil change process while maintaining shop cleanliness and inventory control. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and benefits.

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Paid training provided on Take 5 processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor to ensure staff are in place and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with inventory counts.
• Train new employees in the Take 5 way.
• Perform oil changes and other light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep shop and facilities clean.
