Take 5 Oil Change in Warren, MI is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager. This role offers paid training, opportunities to move up from Crew to Shop Manager, and a path to leadership while you learn the Take 5 way.

As an ASM you will deliver excellent customer service, supervise staff, handle daily shop operations, and ensure quality oil changes. Full-time, with competitive pay ($15–$18/hr) and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor and ensure each vehicle and customer are taken care of.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness.
