Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in the United States is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager with paid training to develop leadership skills while running daily shop operations and delivering great customer service.

You will lead crew members, train new staff, perform opening/closing, manage inventory, and assist with oil services. With Take 5’s internal promotion path, ambitious team members can move toward Shop Manager roles and higher earnings.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Lead and train team members to fulfill duties the Take 5 way.
• Ability to step in as Shop Manager in Manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence
• Run the floor to ensure staff coverage and customer satisfaction
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and adjustments
• Train new employees in Take 5 procedures
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary
• Restock and maintain inventory levels
