Take 5 Oil Change in Houston is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager who is career-minded and people‑oriented. You’ll support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and a fast, friendly customer experience while stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed.

Automotive experience is valued but not required. We provide paid training to learn the Take 5 way, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles through strong performance and dedication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Commitment to following safety policies and procedures.
• Reliable transportation to work location.

Responsabilités

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and staff development.
• Step in as Manager on Duty as needed to maintain service levels.
• Coach and train team members and provide real-time feedback.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and assist with inventory.
