Take 5 Oil Change in Houston, TX is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily operations, coach a fast-paced team, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will step in as Manager on Duty, ensuring safety and efficiency while maintaining Take 5 standards.

We provide paid, hands-on training to teach the Take 5 way. Automotive experience is valued, but not required. Grow with a company that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following facility and safety control policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide direction and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Complete our Certified Technician training.
• Serve as Manager on Duty by coordinating workflow and leading the team.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure services are completed accurately following procedures and safety standards.
• Support shop performance by identifying improvement opportunities and taking on leadership tasks.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
